Genoscoper disclaimer

Genoscoper performs DNA and other tests for various domestic and pet animals. Genoscoper aims to highest quality in the testing process to ensure correct results. Genoscoper warrants its test results to be accurate for the sample obtained from a dog specified in the confirmation of order, as identified by the information given by the owner of the dog. In the event of a valid claim, owner's sole remedy is a refund of the fee paid. In no event shall Genoscoper be liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages of any kind. Any claim must be asserted within one year of the report of the test results.
By payment of the invoice the Client certifies that the dog described in the confirmation of order is the same dog whose sample is submitted for analysis, and that all information is accurate to the best of client’s knowledge.
By payment the Client also guarantees that he/she understands that additional samples may be required to complete this test, in the case of a test failure. In such case client will be asked to provide additional samples at his/her expense and Genoscoper will cover the expenses of additional testing.
By payment the client understands that DNA testing involves multiple steps including sample collection, DNA isolation, DNA analyses and reporting. Unexpected results may be due to human errors either with the sample collector or sample handlers in the laboratory. Unexpected results may also be caused by pedigree errors commonly seen in pet animals.
By paying the invoice the Client acknowledges that she/he is familiar with the limited warranty and accepts the testing conditions and restricted refund policy as described here. For further information please contact our customer service.
